- SAVE the Wikipedia article for your topic (found in the 2nd tab on this page).
- SKIM the introduction only.
- Highlight any alternate words for your movement, names of leaders, or significant events.
- SEARCH FOR & SAVE one .gov or pbs.org website on your topic.
- READ the website, looking for the answers to the sub-questions on your assignment.
- Highlight these answers in the text.
- Add a comment to your highlight explaining how your highlight answers the research question.
- Look at Chicano Movement on Wikipedia
- Quality?
- Can anyone edit?
- Alternate names to "Chicano Movement?"
- Names of leaders or significant events in the movement?
- These are alternate keywords to use in the database and Google!
