Maloney - Female Resistors

Tips from your Friendly Librarian

  1. If there is a Wikipedia article on your female resistor, skim that first to determine if she went by different names and to get background.
  2. Click your region (left), and read the 1-2 articles provided to get you started with your background.
  3. Search the databases from the list below that make the most sense for your resistor.   If they're a scientist, search Science in Context, if they're from the U.S., search U.S. History in Context, etc.  Try searching their name and alternate names in various databases.
  4. If you need to Google, be sure to put any source you use through the CRAAP test!
