Important Vocab Word: Reference(s)
This word will mean TWO different things when researching.
1. Reference Sources: These are sources to be consulted for brief articles giving an overview of a topic, rather than read through from beginning to end. These source types include encyclopedias, dictionaries, almanacs, etc.
2. References: When using APA style, the works cited page is called References. Every single source you used (regardless of whether it is a reference source or not) is considered a reference.
