Country Domains - If you want to look up an artist on webpages originating from the country you are researching, you can do a domain search by typing site: in front of the country domain.
- For example: Malikah site:.lb
Recommended Search Strategies
Keyword Strategies:
- Go to the Wikipedia page for your country/region's hip hop. (Example). Gather artist names, background, and sources here. Do not paraphrase, direct quote, or cite Wikipedia.
- Try using BOTH the country name (Ex: Poland) and the name of the people of that country (Ex: Polish) as keywords when searching.
- Try using BOTH Hip hop and Hip-Hop along with using all 4 aspects of hip-hop. And PLAY with the keywords: (Ex: break dancing, b-boy, breaking)
Best Source Types:
